If you've made your own hot sauce in the past or want to work through options to improve your next batch of sauce, we can spend some time working through you hot sauce goals.  From creative ideas, to determining viscosity, to working with new adjuncts, we can help you hone in on your recipe requirements or general chile knowledge.

Playing along with the 12 Elements to Consider when Making Your Signature Sauce that is the centerpiece of the Crafting Hot Sauce cookbook, we have a form that the gift recipient fills out with a wide range of options from sweet, heat and smoke level to making a rojo (red), verde (green), Christmas, sweet heat or mustard based sauce.  This fun gift idea will likely change the way the recipient thinks about what's possible in a hot sauce.

We use our experience with food mass ratios, pepper types, sweet levels, international spices and liquid bases to come up with a tasty, unique gift that keeps on giving (because you can always whip up another batch).
